Refund Policy

 

Our general policy is not to issue refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases. We encourage you to carefully review the details of their order before completing your purchase.

The following exceptions to this policy may apply (provided that you did not redeem your tickets) all subject to our independent verification:

•Your credit card was accidentally charged twice for the same tickets.

•You purchased the wrong tickets due to an error in our systems.

•Seats were not available for your event when you arrived.

•Your event was cancelled entirely.
